Lazy cooking.

Pigra per 2 motivi:
1- non ho cucinato io
2- molto veloce
Lazy for 2 reasons:
1- I didn’t cook
2- very fast recipes.

Un piccolo assaggio a cavallo tra inverno e primavera con gli ultimi carciofi e le prime fave. In più insalatina di polipo con pomodori e olive, invece che con le patate che la rende troppo pesante.
A little taste between winter and spring, with the last artichokes and the first broad-beans (?). Plus octopus salad with tomatoes and olives, instead of the more popular potatoes a bit too heavy.

Segreto per il polipo morbido ovviamente il tappo di sughero 🙂
