Entrambe le canzoni sono tra le mie preferite di sempre, anche gli U2 hanno fatto una versione bellissima di All Along The Watchtower. Anzi è proprio la loro cover che mi ha fatto scoprire questa canzone: e nonostante sia seria e impegnata ecc, tutte le volte che sento “Princes kept the view” mi viene in mente quel bellissimo fumetto di Brant Parker e John Hart “Il Mago Wiz” che leggevo con la mia mamma.
Both songs have been among my favorites for ever, U2 made a great cover of All Along The Watchtower. The be honest their version made me discover this song: and even if it is a serious and commited one, everytime I hear “Princes kept the view” I think about that beautiful Brant Parker and Johnny Hart comic “The Wizard of Id” that I used to read as a chil with my mum.
